Method 1: Clear the Marketplace Cache

  1. From the Minecraft start screen, select Settings > Storage.
  2. Click on the Clear Marketplace Cache button.
  3. Restart Minecraft. Then try downloading the content again.

Method 2: Reinstall Minecraft

  1. Uninstall Minecraft.
  2. Restart your device.
  3. Download and reinstall Minecraft from the App Store.

The Minecraft Marketplace is an in-game store where you can purchase and download special content for Minecraft: Bedrock Edition

How to access the Minecraft Marketplace

  1. Start Minecraft: Bedrock Edition
  2. On the title screen, make sure you are signed into the correct Microsoft account
  3. Select Marketplace

Refund requests are managed either by the platform from which the purchase was made or directly through Mojang Support. As creators, we're unable to process refunds directly

You should contact the platform's support team listed below or directly contact Mojang Support using their ticket form. Mojang Support can guide you appropriately for refunds.

Unfortunately, you cannot add content purchased from the Marketplace to your private or existing worlds, as all content on the Marketplace is a lock template and may include specific mechanics (such as Behavior Packs or Resource Packs) or modifications to vanilla files. These could potentially damage your existing world.

If you're encountering issues where the world template fails to create the worlds properly, it may be a bug from a game's world generation issue, especially with purchased Marketplace world content. Please try the following methods which might resolve the issue:

Method 1: Delete and Recreate the World

We recommend deleting the affected world and recreating it until it is correctly generated.

Method 2: Clear Marketplace Cache

  1. From the Minecraft start screen, select Settings > Storage.
  2. Click the Clear Marketplace Cache button.
  3. Exit Minecraft, restart it, download the world from Marketplace again, and then create the world.

Method 3: Reinstall The Game

Uninstall the game from your device and reinstall it to potentially resolve the issue.
